Colour Create - Brown, Pink and Blue

Hi everyone, I hope you're ready for the next Colour Create Challenge! Our gorgeous DT Liz has come up with a combination of Brown, Pink and Blue for us this week with the optional extra being Cracked Glass or Acetate!

Here is the pic that Liz has chosen to inspire us with:-

I actually haven't used my Ultra Thick Embossing Powder for ages and ended up with it all over the Kitchen Bench and Floor! I decided to colour my Magnolia Image in warm greys before using the Cracked Glass Technique to give my image a Vintage Photo feel. As you can see it cracked a little too well!

The papers I've used are My Minds Eye - Stella Rose - I just love this collection. The pearls and lace are from my collection and the ribbon and flowers are from Wild Orchid. All my edges are inked with brown ink for a little extra aging.

I'm going to enter my card over at Simon Says Stamp Challenge - Emboss It and also in the Cupcake Craft Challenge for Lots of Layers - Not only do I have lots of paper layers but also lots of layers of embossing powder!

I hope you have wonderful Easter! We will be camping in the rain - even as this is posted while my brother and his family are staying in our warm dry house!! We must be mad!
